The 2022-2023 AJFHL top 3 nominees are in! Our volunteers have been hard at work on tallying up the nominees for this year's league awards. We couldn’t wait any longer, so we decided to give you all a sneak peek of the top 3 nominees of each award so far.

Please note, the top 3 nominees in each category are not listed in any particular order.
 

Here they are:

Most Outstanding Player Top 3 Nominees: Bree Edwards of the Edmonton Wolves, Halley Hay of the Sherwood Park Steele & Stephanie Gross of the Calgary Jags.

Defense of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Brooklyn Palmer of the Lethbridge Eagles, Jordan Holt of the Cochrane Chaos & Sarah Gette of the Central Alberta Amazons.

Forward of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Bree Edwards of the Edmonton Wolves, Kelly Stanford of the Cochrane Chaos & Kendi Lundell of the Lethbridge Eagles.

Goaltender of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Madison McLaren of the Central Alberta Amazons, Merisha Hoyles of the Fort Saskatchewan Fury & Stephanie Gross of the Calgary Jags.

Rookie of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Ayah Salem of the Calgary Titans, Paige Forrest of the Calgary Jags & Sydney Rusel of the Edmonton Wolves.

Coach of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Bryan Toles of the Edmonton Wolves, Derek Loomer of the Cochrane Chaos & John Johnson of the Calgary Jags.

Leadership Award Top 3 Nominees: Alexis Pfeffer of the Sherwood Park Steele, Eva DeBaie of the Lethbridge Eagles & Lily Gaumont of the Fort Saskatchewan Fury.

Paige Peach Heart & Soul Award Top 3 Nominees: Jamie-Lee Spady of the Sherwood Park Steele, Merisha Hoyles of the Fort Saskatchewan Fury & Raquel Healy of the Lethbridge Eagles.

Team of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Cochrane Chaos, Fort Saskatchewan Fury & Sherwood Park Steele.

Volunteer of the Year Top 3 Nominees: Amber Martin - Trainer for the Calgary Jags, Heather Kirkham - General Manager of the Central Alberta Amazons & Nicole Campbell - Assistant Coach of the Lethbridge Eagles.
