The 2021-2022 All Star Game And Skills Challenge was hosted by the
Fort Saskatchewan Noyen Construction Jr. A Fury in Fort Saskatchewan April 2, 2022
The event saw 42 top junior female players from across Alberta participate in the event.
Each all star had to participate in the morning skills contest where overall winners were determined for the following categories:
Special attendance by Canadian Women’s Hockey Olympic Gold Medal winner Emerance Maschmeyer helped kicked off the main event with a ceremonial puck drop and greetings to all the players and fans before the game.
The attending fans saw more than what they paid for as the hard fought out All –Star game needed to go to an exciting 3 on 3 overtime period to determine a winner.
The South held a lead through out most of the game until the North turned the tables in the third period to come from behind and send the game into overtime.
